Tech Reboot is an initiative of Creative Hub, based in Lesvos.
What information we have and how it is collected
In the context of the implementation of the initiative, the following personal data may be collected:
Details of subscribers to the newsletter list
- Email address
It is declared by the same person in the relevant form, if they wish to be registered on the list, or retrieved from the list of attendees of events, if the person has completed the relevant consent field.
Event registrant details
- Full name
- Entity / Business / Organization
- Email address
They are declared by the same person, on a special registration form, for the cases where a seat reservation and/or registration is required for participation in an event.
Details of attendees at events
- Full name
- Entity / Business / Organization
- Email address
They are optionally declared by the same person, in a special presentation form, which is filled in when participating in an event.
Volunteers’ data
- Full name
- Year of birth
- Location
- Education level
They are optionally declared by the same person, in a relevant form.
Microdata
The microdata (cookies) are collected automatically, they do not recognize the identification of the users but only technical characteristics, such as the browser, the IP used and in case of unsuccessful attempts with the management page of the website.
Data from other services and tools
In the context of the Tech Reboot initiative, communication and networking tools and channels are used, for which the corresponding personal data protection policy applies, as it is attached below:
1. Sending informative emails via Mailchimp in accordance with Legal Policies
2. Registering for events via Eventbrite in accordance with the Privacy Policy
3. Participation in the following social networks
- Facebook: Facebook’s Privacy Policy
- Instagram: Instagram’s Privacy Policy
- Twitter: Twitter’s Privacy Policy
- LinkedIn: LinkedIn’s Privacy Policy

How we use and protect the data we collect
The data we collect for their identification and communication regarding the programs or actions for which they have declared participation, and for future actions (these are declarations that they want to receive relevant information).
CREATIVE HUB has taken the appropriate organizational and technical measures to protect this data. However, the subject accepts the fact that no method of protection is 100% effective.
Nevertheless, CREATIVE HUB, in the event of data loss or leakage, will take all the necessary actions provided for by European Regulation 679/2016 and Greek legislation.
Who has access to the data and who do we share it with?
Only the employees or volunteers of CREATIVE HUB, who are responsible for carrying out the necessary tasks, according to the purposes of their processing, have access to personal data.
The above data is processed exclusively within CREATIVE HUB and is not shared with third parties.
Subject Consent
In collecting the above data, the subject declares that he consents to their storage and processing by CREATIVE HUB, in accordance with the terms of this document. By accepting the above terms and voluntarily providing personal data, the subject declares his consent, agrees and accepts the processing of his personal data by CREATIVE HUB, in accordance with the terms of this document.
In case of any dispute, each interested party must contact CREATIVE HUB at contact@creativehub.gr.
The subject has the right to withdraw consent to the processing of system data. This withdrawal, however, does not affect the legality of the processing of the data based on the prior consent before its withdrawal, as well as for the possible further processing of the data, such as for example the fulfillment of the contracts or the compliance of CREATIVE HUB with its legal obligations.
Subject rights
The subject has every right, provided for by the provisions of articles 15-22 of Regulation 679/2016, and more specifically information about the processing of his data, access to the personal data, which refer to him, and constitute or that in past object of processing and the objection to the processing of the personal data mentioned, which includes: a) correction, b) temporary or non-use, c) retention, d) transmission or non-transmission, e) deletion. of his personal data.

Applicable law
This text, as well as any dispute or claim arising from it or in relation to it, are governed in accordance with Greek Law and the provisions of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data 679/2016, and the Courts of Lesvos island, Greece, have exclusive jurisdiction over them.
CREATIVE HUB always seeks the amicable and out-of-court resolution of any dispute that may arise during the application or interpretation of the terms herein, and suggests that for any concern regarding them you immediately inform its management by sending an email to contact@creativehub.gr.
Data protection policy changes
Any change to the terms of the personal data protection policy of the Tech Reboot initiative will be published on the website www.techreboot.gr and will be effective from the moment of publication, unless otherwise noted.
